Sleep Positions: the clinger

About the clinger

Far too often, sleep therapists jump to a misdiagnosis of insecurity with clinger sleepers. Although this position might well be a sign of psychologically hanging on due to underlying fear, there are often external physical factors that can induce this position.

Before spending out on costly therapy, buy a cheap spirit level from your local DIY shop and check that you bed in actually level. There are several books that can remedy this situation, usually by sliding them under the legs of your bed.
